Sami Bugay

Bugay, who completed his education in ITU Mathematics Engineering and IU International Management departments, continued his career as a top executive in the information technology sector. He discovered coaching in 2002 and is one of the 780 Master Certified Coaches approved by the ICF worldwide and one of the seven in Turkey. He is also the author of the Amazon Best Seller book "Better Leaders Better Teams" and the "ITC - Holistic Team Coaching" book. In 2021, Bugay was awarded the Outstanding Graduate Award and Lifetime Achievement Award by Gestalt OSD Center Cleveland. He was the President of ICF - International Coaching Federation Turkey from 2016-2018, and is the program manager and head trainer of the internationally accredited "I.C. Integral Coaching™" coaching program by ICF at the ACTP level.

Burcu Özkul

Ozkul, a graduate of the Business Administration department at Abant Izzet Baysal University, also holds a master's degree in International Trade and Business Management. She began her career in the finance sector, accumulating valuable experience over ten years. Subsequently, she expanded her knowledge by working in the consulting sector for five years. In 2020, she was introduced to coaching and successfully completed The Integral Institute program. Currently, she serves as the Business Development and Project Manager under The Integral Institute and continues to provide coaching, guiding individuals on their personal development journeys.

Fatih Kalkandereli

Kalkandelenli, who completed his training in psychological counseling at Istanbul University, started his career by providing psychological support and education to children with developmental disorders and their families. During this period, he also worked on supporting institutional culture through tasks such as family seminars, consultancy for education and management teams, and consultancy for process improvement teams. Throughout his career, he continued his education in Jungian psychotherapy, Freudian psychotherapy, existential psychotherapy, projective psychoanalytic tests, cognitive evaluation tests, and family constellation therapy.

Miller, who graduated from the Business Administration department of Gazi University, worked as a manager in the tourism sector for 14 years. In 2016, she received her first coaching training and currently serves as a faculty member at The Integral Institute program. Miller, who was one of the first 12 people to receive the Career Coaching certificate accredited by ICF in Turkey, has expertise in Executive, Team, and Relationship coaching and has completed Gestalt Experiment and Masterful Use of Self, Using Feelings as Guidance in Coaching Leaders training programs. In 2019, Miller was honored with the 'Gift Of Coaching' and the '2019 Honor Award.' She currently serves as a board member of ICF Turkey and leads the Membership and Education Committee.

Utkan, who graduated from Istanbul Technical University in Environmental and Meteorological Engineering, began his professional coaching training in 2017. In addition to the basic coaching modules, he has completed Relationship Coaching, Executive Coaching, Student Coaching, NLP Master Practitioner, and Isotomic Analyst training programs. He also serves as a faculty member at The Integral Institute program. Utkan enjoys exploring different areas such as mindfulness, various meditation techniques, yoga anatomy, analytical psychology (Jungian psychology), fairy tales, Ayurveda, dreams, and child psychology.

Başak Abo

Abo, who graduated from Istanbul University, opened new doors in his life with Quantum Healing training in 2018 and completed his Access Consciousness training in 2019. Seeing the change in himself and the lives he touched, Abo realized that people often need to feed and sustain their souls rather than their bodies. It desires that individuals and groups can achieve their goals with authenticity, thereby contributing to society and an improved environment.

Jasna Knez

Knez works in coaching and leadership skills development, group dynamics, and coaching culture transformation. She holds the ICF - Master Certified Coach MCCi EIA SENIOR Practitioner Certified Coach & Mentor (EMCC) individual certification and is a CTC certified team coach, as well as a manager, team coach, coaching supervisor ESQA, and trainer. She provides services in Slovenian, English, Croatian, and Serbian languages. Knez is the Vice President of the ICF Slovenia Charter Chapter, an active member of EMCC Global, and also a San Adriatic coach supervisor.

Nena Veber

Nena Veber began her career as an English and German teacher and later became the founder of one of the first private language schools in Slovenia in the 1990s. She created her own educational technique called "IMT Intuitive Mental Training®". Veber is the author of the book "Zdravje in Jaz - Prijatelja" and is a coach and mental trainer for Jure Robič and athletes participating in the Olympic games. She is also accredited as an ICF PCC coach.

Dr. Martin Egan

Martin Egan specializes in leadership development, focusing on leadership, cultural, and organizational change. His main focus is helping leaders understand how they perceive themselves and how they impact others and organizational culture. He has managed and overseen more than 40 global Corporate Culture assessments, including selecting, training, and supervising consultants to research, evaluate, and communicate challenging messages about how management teams and boards of directors' cultures affect their businesses.

Julia Nelson

Julie Nelson has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive in both private and public sectors. She is the founder of BeYou Women's Network, which aims to inspire women in society to rebuild their confidence, engage in learning and refocus on their careers. Nelson has significant experience in performance improvement, personal development/change and career development. In addition to executive coaching, she designs and delivers a range of personal and career development courses and programs. Nelson holds ICF ACC and EMCC Practitioner certifications.

Fuat Sezen began his professional career 2002 as a Product Specialist at GlaxoSmithKline. Over 14 years, he held various managerial positions in the pharmaceutical industry at the national level, working in both Ankara and Istanbul locations. Subsequently, he took on executive roles in different therapeutic areas and functions at Imuneksfarma and Allergan (AbbVie).He has held positions such as Product Specialist, Field Training and Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Sales and Promotion Manager, Commercial Operations Manager, and most recently, Country Training Manager, accumulating 21 years of professional experience in corporate settings. In 2008, he was introduced to coaching and worked on corporate coaching models, providing performance and development coaching to sales teams up to the present.In 2021, he took his initial steps towards becoming a professional coach and, in 2022, graduated from The Integral Institute's training program alongside Sami Bugay.
